Melbourne’s Over-Reactor is today unfortunately cancelling segments of their upcoming Judgment Day tour, due to the mental health of front-man Ezekiel Ox. The duo will still be performing the Bendigo and Melbourne shows, but are cancelling the Sydney, Newcastle and Adelaide shows.
In a statement, the writer and vocalist for the outfit was extremely apologetic but wanted fans to know that he had to place some focus on his own mental health for a while to ensure his ability to keep performing and touring:
“I want to apologise to all the Over-Reactor die-hards out there who will be disappointed with these shows being cancelled. I am in a very painful, confused and dark place at the moment, and my mental health needs my full attention. The touring environment is brutal and demanding and I am feeling too vulnerable to be away from home at this point. I will take this time to get better, and then we will make up these shows in time. Cory and I thank you for your continued support.“
