Tour Mum is a one-of-a-kind service exclusive to all creative artists and crew touring North Queensland (currently Mackay to Port Douglas* though we can work further afield).
If you’re looking for concierge services, private after parties, assistance with laundry, catering, errands, on-ground transport coordination or drivers, assistance for Tour Managers and artists, or any kind of confidential tour service – right down to sober companions – we’ve got you covered.
Our mission is to provide an extended family and a home away from home for the few days you’re traveling through our region.
It’s all completely confidential, because our motto is ‘Mum’s the word!’
We also help coordinate and run all of the essential tour services Girl at a Rock Show offers, including support and venue bookings, backlines, artist relations, VIP experiences, meet & greet coordination, merch sales, local tour management and content creation.
We also offer unique services like ‘Uber Content’ – we’ll pick you up from the airport, hotel or venue and get you to your destination via a mini-sightseeing tour to grab some promotional content for social media.
And we have an emergency ‘essentials’ kit available 24/7 – full of items that may get lost, broken, or need to be replaced in a hurry.
All of our services are provided in a COVID-safe manner, including hand sanitiser, social distancing and masks where applicable.
Based in Townsville for over 30 years and with an extensive network across NQ, Jade is an accredited Mental Health First Aider and has 20 years working behind the scenes in the media and entertainment industry. An ambassador for Entertainment Assist, she is passionate about mental health and well-being, and especially understanding of those in entertainment working long hours away from their traditional support networks.
