US pop star Ariana Grande promised she would return to Manchester with some friends after the tragic bombing last month, and boy is she delivering.
The One Love Manchester gig this Sunday (UK time) will feature performances by Grande, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Pharell Williams, Usher, Miley Cyrus, Take That, Niall Horan, The Black Eyed Peas and Little Mix.
Rumour has it local Brit-pop bad boys Oasis might reunite for the show as well. Might.
The gig, at Manchester’s Old Trafford cricket ground, is expected to raise around $3.5 million for a Red Cross fund dedicated to helping the 100 or so people injured in the May 22nd attack at Manchester Arena and the families of the 22 that died.
Aussies can stream the event live from 4am Monday on 9Now. It will be broadcast on TV at 8.40pm Monday night.
